Traci Wells

Traci Wells is a professional real estate specialist working with eXp Realty LLC. Her knowledge of properties in the Greater Savannah Area of Chatham/West Chatham, Effingham, Bryan and Bulloch Counties is extensive. An award winning Realtor serving the Greater Savannah Area real estate market since 2002, Traci’s dedication to superior customer service will deliver the key to an uncomplicated real estate transaction. Traci is a continuing Distinguished Sales Society Awards throughout her real estate career.
